to cause and guide the movement of (a vehicle, an animal, etc.): to drive a car; to drive a mule.

Forget the mule here, lets just keep the vehicle part.

So ..... One fine evening........

Again as a group of  we had gone to city center to book a hall for the upcoming job treat... well everything went normally but the returning to the hostel part... after having a themed dinner on recession having a general chat of how recession was affecting us.. oh forgot to mention the group..  there was me(Bad Ass Thambi),sumeet(Ftb),dhinesh(Johny Walker) and mohan (Lomo,Ranga).. yeah wrh was i.. Recession yeah talking and walking  we started off with sumeet telling us.. me travelling in Volvo only and not in any other bus.. which struck me to start off with a Volvo travel business and how i will be overcoming the current recession...

So, lomo,  starts his usual opening the mouth in the wrong time n says.. " We Mechies are fit for only driving vehicles n ntn else during this recession"..Johny whose year long wait for this very line was completed... and quoted “ Alas u guys have accepted the truth”... Lomo fights back n shouts “ What the F..?? Does it mean that CSE guys are good at  typewriters..??” with an intention of general kalai (G Marna in tamil), i told lomo even if u were a CSE guy u wouldn’t have been a good at typing...lolzzz...

That’s it...!!

 sumeet says” What so u mean mechanical guys are good drivers..? “

Deepu “ yeah obv.. we have a better understanding of automobiles..!”

Dhinesh” How..??”

Deepu “Obv we have a prior knowledge of automobiles which will make us good at driving.. “

Lomo” Balls..!! F*** U..!!! “ (Act he got his licence cancelled because he couldn’t drive  properly during the driving test..!! Jal rhi thi usski”) and he is a mechie...

Sumeet “ Give me an example of how mechies fair better at driving..??”

Dhinesh” yeah how..??”

Deepu” See.. if u are a mech guy u have a better feel of the car  and a better knowledge of how u are goin to respond to the car’s functions.. since u already having a prior knowledge of how stuff works inside a car  a mech guy is better..”

Sumeet ”I can’t understand..!! “ gimme an example wrh a mech guy who is a awesome in driving..?” “ All you need is a good hand eye coordination and that’s it..”

Deepu” No never..”hand eye coordination come only with practice ntn else.. mech’s are better when it comes to driving.. “

Dhinesh” Give Us an Example”

Mean time lomo got pissed  n left us ... god knows where did he go...

Deepu “ Ok.. Now Listen.... no one knows ur body better than anyone but u... now same way if a doctor is thr.. he will know his body much much better than a layman knowing his own body rite..??

Sumeet Dhinesh Lomo “ Yeah.. hmmmm”

Sumeet “ But how Does being a doctor help him in his day to day activities..??””

I knew this discussion is of no point..!! and im doin a stupid arguement but.. since i have started this and we  just reachin the main gate..  i thought of lest make this discussion prolong..

Lomo(Background) “yeaaaaa.. Viddddu da aavannaaaa... he wont understand..”

Sumeet“ So Why not even one ferrari driver aint a mechanical engg“ Engg from MIT can be easily get any F1 Racer job in a jiffy.. if what u say is true... “

Dhinesh” See until u give a solid example ntn cant be accepted.. “ Imagine u are writing a CD/DVD will a, CSE guy will do it better than a layman..!!??”

Deepu “ Common u cant compare driving with Writing a CD /DVD” out of comparison driving is different”

Sumeet(Anger Tone)”Wat t f..??” listen... to drive a car u need to rotate the steering press the brakes, acc, and the clutch and shift the gears and if u know to operate this is driving. Now why will a person need any technical knowledge.. for this...?? or why he need to be a mech engg to fare better..?? “

Deepu “ See.. i learnt my driving  from a driving institute which is the best in tamilnadu “ the teacher had an exp of 25 year of teaching and he told mech engg or ppl from a tech background in automobile are “better”..”

Now.. it was my mistake not to ask what did he mean by saying “better”

In fact from my personal “experience” i had “better” Driving  after  knowing better abt automobile’s

We are in front of hall 5.. we were arguing all over the place.. on the roads.. and n the campus.. boy n girls passing by us thought we are a deadly argument and one of is goin to get hit.. actually lomo should be beaten severely.. will tell u why later...

We continue the same argument in front of my room.. uff... whole wing thought we are fighting..Meantime.. Ajit, (Ball), Adi and passing by we had Sandeep (Mech topper)..

Concentrate on the words better  and experience..!! will be useful  in the next coming part...

What happend next was just awesome..!! Wait for it.....
